After finalizing the scope of work, design fees, and signing the agreement, we kick off our process with a crucial in – home “Inspiration Meeting”. This initial meeting focuses on understanding your lifestyle, preferences, and how you want your home to feel. We’ll discuss your likes, dislikes, and inspirations, sharing photos of design styles to ensure we’re aligned. We also assess your openness to new ideas, as one of our roles is to introduce you to options and concept you may not have considered.
PHASE 2: THE PLAN
In this phase, we create a comprehensive design plan, which typically includes:
- Space Planning: 2D/3D floor plans
- Design Aesthetic: A concept board showcasing how selected elements work together.
- Finish Selections: Materials for both the interior and exterior finishes.
- Furniture & Accessory Curation: Carefully selected furniture and accessories
- Styling: Finishing touches that reflect your personal style and galvanize the design aesthetic.
- Budget: An itemized budget of all the above items and cost to execute.
This is a collaborative phase where we welcome your feedback and adjustments to ensure the plan reflects your vision.
PHASE 3: THE WORK
We’ll coordinate the necessary trades and order your selected items to bring the design plan to life, adhering to the agreed timeline.
PHASE 4: THE WAITING
As we await the delivery of high-end products, this phase may feel slow. Rest assured, you’ll be thrilled with the outcome, and we’ll handle any challenges that arise.
PHASE 5: LOVING WHERE YOU LIVE
This is it, the grand finale: installation day! We recommend planning for this stage, including:
- Clearing your space for installation.
- Arranging for movers or donation services for any items you wish to part with.
- Hiring a cleaning service for a detailed clean before the arrival of your new furnishings.
