As the hands-on leader of Peacock & Owl, Carol Ann personally oversees each project and is the single point of contact. She collaborates with P & O's General Contractor with over 30 years of experience and works alongside a skilled team of tradespeople and suppliers to create spaces that are not only beautiful but functional.
