Our client purchased this home with the goal of renovating and selling it. We designed, renovated, and helped stage it for sale. To create a modern, buyer-friendly appeal, we enlarged and replaced all windows with black frames, updated the flooring, added fireplaces, casings, baseboards, crown moulding, new doors, and modern lighting. We remodeled five bathrooms, expanded the main kitchen, incorporated custom trim work, and redesigned the backyard balcony. The client was thrilled with the result and achieved the desired profit from the sale.
